Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-driven and proactive Bid Executive to manage and deliver high-quality bids and proposals for IT Infrastructure and System Integration projects. The role involves close coordination with technical, sales, and finance teams to create compelling, compliant, and competitive responses to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end bid lifecycle for IT infrastructure projects
- Analyze RFPs/RFQs/tender documents to identify technical, commercial, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with solution architects, engineering, sales, and finance teams for bid inputs
- Prepare, structure, and finalize high-quality bid and proposal documents
- Ensure timely submissions by managing bid timelines and internal coordination
- Maintain and update a repository of bid templates, technical documents, and client-specific content
- Support post-submission activities including clarifications, presentations, and negotiations
- Track bid results and contribute to process improvement and win-strategy enhancement
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure & System Integration concepts
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple bids under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office, bid management tools, and collaboration platforms
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and coordination skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across cross-functional teams
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field
