Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Bid Coordinator to join our team in Ludhiana. The Bid Coordinator will be responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end bid and proposal process, ensuring the timely preparation and submission of high-quality bids and tenders. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing project requirements, collaborating with internal teams to develop proposals, coordinating bid timelines, and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all tender processes. The role requires strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and an ability to work efficiently within strict deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Bid Preparation, Bid Writing, and Bid Processes
• Expertise in Proposal Writing and Tender Submissions
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Having the knowledge of Gem Portal, E-Procurement
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of the outdoor advertising industry or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
