Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bid Coordinator located in Chandigarh, India. The Bid Coordinator will be responsible for preparing and submitting bids and tenders, managing bid processes, and writing professional proposals. The individual will coordinate and manage all activities associated with bid and proposal development to ensure high-quality and timely submissions for potential business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Bid Preparation, Bid Writing, and understanding Bid Processes
  • Experience with Proposal Writing and Tender Submissions
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • A background in project management or related experience is an advantage
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
