Join ABB France in the Industrial Automation division - PAEN Blending, based in Aix-les-Bains. We support process industries across EMEA with innovative and sustainable production unit solutions.

Your Role: Own the Challenge
We are looking for a Quotation Specialist to lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for complex industrial projects. You will play a key role in cost estimation, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement of quotation tools.

Key Responsibilities
. Prepare accurate and competitive offers in coordination with technical, commercial, and procurement teams.
. Manage the full quotation cycle: requirement analysis, cost estimation, risk assessment, and document preparation.
. Interpret PFDs, consolidate supplier feedback, build cost sheets in Excel, and draft proposals in Word.
. Support tool development and knowledge sharing with international offer teams (US, IN, CN).

What it takes to Run what runs the world
. Master's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering (GSI, GMP, CPI, etc.).
. At least 1 year of experience in quotation, offer preparation, or project support in heavy industry.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
. Operational written and reading English, collaborative mindset, and strong communication skills.
