Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Bid and Business Development Manager. The role involves developing and managing business strategies to drive growth, preparing proposals and bids, identifying new opportunities, and nurturing client relationships. The candidate will lead the bidding process, liaise with internal teams for proposal development, and ensure compliance with client requirements while maintaining high-quality standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to strategize competitive pitches and drive client engagement will be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Strategic Planning, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Proficiency in Proposal Writing, Bid Management, and Contract Negotiation
• Strong Communication, Networking, and Presentation skills
• Analytical thinking and decision-making abilities
• Experience in the architecture, interior design, or luxury design sector is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
