Bicycle Design & Dev-Asst Mgr (NPD & R & D for new Bicycle Design)

Job Profile:                    

1.     Introducing new bicycle development (at-least 2 designs) in each quarter.

2.     Coatalontinuous research related to new product drawings, designs and sketches

3.     Responsible to create designs, concepts and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and ergonomics design concepts.

4.     Drawing and printing charts, graphs and other artwork to generate new images.

5.     Sample development for in-house team and vendors

6.     Generate final reports capturing color combination, packing list & specifications.

7.     Handling Tender related documentation and coordination

8.      Ensuring fitment of bicycle or parts like: jig/ fixture/ gauges etc. as per the designed specification for new products.

9.     Monitor operations and take corrective measures as and when required

10. Managing all Promotional displays and developing graphic layouts

11. Making layout & cross-checking of samples through 3d printing

12. Involved in kaizen & 5s activity

13. Coordination with Receive & dispatch team for testing the samples as per the standards

14. Handling modification related queries and communicate to the concerned departments thru MOD forms

15. Close coordination with Marketing, Publicity & BIS teams for building the brand

16. Arranging photo shoots for Styling Avon, Cyclux or other sub brands.

17. Coordinating with vendors for new development.

18. Managing supervisors/ junior staff to assist them in testing the samples as per the specification

19. Responsible to guide the designing team to research on Art work.

20. Monitor the team to develop concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos.

21. Prepare notes and instructions for teams/ workers who assemble and prepare final layouts for printing.

22. Supervise creation of artworks for branding related activities like hoardings, brochures, catalog etc.
