Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic BI Solutions Manager to lead and expand our Business Intelligence and Automation team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a vision for scalable automation across the organization. This role will be instrumental in driving insights, streamlining processes, and shaping our data-driven future.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
- 610 years of experience in BI/Analytics, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Hands-on experience with Python for automation or data engineering tasks.
- Solid understanding of Azure cloud services related to data (e.g., Azure SQL, Data Factory, Logic Apps).
- Proficiency in SQL for complex query writing and database management.
- Experience with Python for data processing, automation, and advanced analytics.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver enterprise-scale solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in implementing RPA or enterprise-level automation strategies.
- Familiarity with DevOps for data pipelines and CI/CD for BI solutions.
- Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or Azure (e.g., PL-600, DP-203).
- Certification in Power BI, Azure, or related BI technologies
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of BI developers and automation specialists.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI.
- Guide development of Power Apps and custom business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Drive the use of Python for data processing, automation, and machine learning use cases.
- Manage and optimize Azure-based data solutions (Azure SQL, Data Factory, Synapse, etc.).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-impact automation and analytics opportunities.
- Evaluate and implement other BI tools and technologies as needed to enhance the analytics ecosystem.
- Establish a roadmap to scale BI and automation solutions across the organization.
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest BI trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the team's solutions remain cutting-edge
- Track KPIs to measure BI adoption, performance, and ROI.
