Job Description

The role focuses on designing, developing, and managing business intelligence solutions that transform complex data into meaningful insights to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Apache Superset and other BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Translate business requirements into effective data models, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights.
  • Integrate and consolidate data from multiple sources into unified and reliable reporting solutions.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and key business insights from large and complex datasets.
  • Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to support reporting and analytical requirements.
  • Work with multiple database platforms and data warehouses to retrieve, process, and analyze data efficiently.
  • Ensure high data quality, accuracy, and consistency across dashboards and reports.
  • Design visualizations with a strong focus on user experience, enabling non-technical users to easily interpret data.
  • Administer and manage the Apache Superset environment, including user access control, security settings, and performance tuning.
  • Define and implement best practices for BI development, documentation, and reporting standards.
  • Partner with internal teams to define BI requirements and continuously improve reporting solutions.
