We are looking for a skilled BI Engineer with 4+ years of experience in business intelligence and data engineering. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with BI tools such as Apache Superset or Holistics, strong dashboard development expertise, and solid experience working with Amazon Redshift and Python.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Apache Superset / Holistics
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights
Develop and optimize complex SQL queries on Amazon Redshift
Build scalable data models and ETL pipelines
Work closely with Data Engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and availability
Perform data validation, performance tuning, and query optimization
Maintain documentation for dashboards, data models, and pipelines
Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in BI role
Hands-on experience with Apache Superset or Holistics
Strong experience in dashboard development and data visualization best practices
Good working knowledge of Amazon Redshift
Strong SQL Skills (query Optimization, Joins, CTEs, Window Functions)
Experience with Python for data processing and scripting
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling
Experience in ETL/ELT pipeline development
Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
