BI Engineer

• Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics solutions
• Perform data analysis, validation, mapping, and design documentation
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and define reporting needs
• Support database administrators and developers in building data warehousing systems for analytics and reporting
• Implement business intelligence solutions to meet internal and external data reporting goals
• Administer and support data modeling, integration, and governance in data warehouse systems
• Assist in the generation of accurate, timely business reports
• Coordinate with business units to identify new data requirements and reporting mechanisms
• Develop and maintain business and technical documentation
• Contribute to BI standards and best practices across the organization

Qualifications:

• Education: B.Tech / B.E.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in an analytical role with hands-on BI experience
• Age: Below 35 years
• Domain expertise in financial services or marketing is a strong plus

Skills and Competencies

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL, Talend ETL, Tableau
• Experience with BI tools like Metabase
• Understanding of data modeling and schemas (MySQL, Aurora, Snowflake)
• Experience with database operations and SQL query optimization
• Familiarity with ETL pipelines, AWS, DBT, and GIT
• Programming experience in Python
• Knowledge of statistics and analytical problem-solving
