Summary: As a BI Engineer, you will engage in the development, migration, deployment, and maintenance of data-driven insights and knowledge engine interfaces. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the solutions you create effectively drive adoption and informed decision-making. You will also focus on integrating security measures and data privacy protections into your work, ensuring that all data handling complies with relevant regulations and best practices. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality results that meet the needs of stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with team members to design and implement data-driven solutions that enhance business processes. - Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PySpark. - Strong understanding of data integration techniques and ETL processes. - Experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies. - Familiarity with data visualization tools to present findings effectively. - Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in PySpark. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 15 years full time education is required., 15 years full time education
