We are seeking a results-driven and technically proficient Business Intelligence (BI) Officer to join our Data & Analytics team. This role requires strong expertise in ETL processes, data warehousing, and data visualization, along with hands-on experience in both on-premise and AWS cloud BI environments. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of modern BI tools and have domain exposure to sectors like banking, financial services, telecom, government, aviation, or technology consulting.
- Must-Have Skills (Mandatory)
- Strong experience in ETL development and workflow design
- Proficiency in data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and architecture
- Hands-on with SQL, PL/SQL, and Python for data manipulation
- Experience with big data tools such as Spark, Hive, Kafka, HDFS, and NiFi
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau
- Familiarity with data governance, data validation, and security standards
- Experience with structured and unstructured datasets
- Good-to-Have Skills (Optional)
- Experience with NoSQL databases and traditional RDBMS
- Familiarity with Scala and data lake architectures
- Understanding of CI/CD practices in BI solution deployments
- Relevant certifications in AWS, BI tools, or Data Engineering
- Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in BI development or data engineering
- Experience working in on-premise as well as AWS cloud environments
- Exposure to one or more of the following sectors is highly preferred:
