We are seeking a talented BI Developer with expertise in Tableau Next to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in transforming complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau Next.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions.

Optimize data visualization performance and ensure scalability.

Integrate Tableau with various data sources (Snowflake, SQL Server, Cloud platforms).

Implement data security, governance, and role-based access in Tableau.

Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Stay updated with Tableau Next features and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in BI development with Tableau

Hands-on experience with Tableau Next and advanced visualization techniques.

Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling.

Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration tools.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data warehousing.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
