Role Summary
We are looking for a BI Developer to provide production support, break/fix resolution, and minor enhancements across MS Power BI / Fabric, Azure Analytics, Azure Data Factory, and SQL Reporting. This role will help maintain a large analytics environment that includes Power BI workspaces, dashboards, dataflows, and reporting workloads with frequent refresh activity and dependencies on SAP BW source extracts. The focus is on reporting-layer and data-pipeline support.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, datasets, and dataflows.
• Investigate and resolve report refresh failures and data issues.
• Assist with Azure Data Factory pipeline monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and validation.
• Support recurring operational incidents and minor enhancement requests.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation for reporting outputs.
• Document fixes, steps, and support procedures.
• Work with senior BI resources on escalated issues and enhancements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Hands-on experience with Power BI report development and support.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory or similar ETL/orchestration tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot report/data issues in production environments.
• Basic understanding of SAP BW-fed reporting dependencies.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a structured support model.

Preferred/Plus

• Experience with Web Intelligence or legacy BI report support.
• Experience in managed services or AMS support environments.
• Familiarity with reporting support in large enterprise environments.
