Job Description

Responsibilities

Design, support, and deliver BI / reporting applications using MicroStrategy
Perform query optimization and performance tuning on SQL and MSTR reports
Work as part of the support team to code, unit test, and resolve issues
Analyze root causes of recurring problems and provide permanent solutions
Provide technical leadership for the MicroStrategy suite of tools
Ensure OLA/SLA commitments are met as per business agreements
Document all issues, resolutions, and maintain a knowledge repository
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality BI solutions
