To discuss and finalize the hiring requirements, key responsibilities, technical expectations, and sourcing strategy for the BI/Data Analytics with AI role supporting the Content Innovation and Visualization team.

2. Experience Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of overall experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, Automation, or AI-related domains.
• Preferred experience between 7–10 years.
• Prior experience in Financial Services, Risk Management, Research, Ratings, or regulated environments is highly desirable. (Preferend but not mandatory

  • Prompt tuning, Prompt structuring/restructuring , prompt result consistency improvement, hallucinations reduction techniques
  • Knowledge on Zero-shot, One-shot, and Few-shot prompting, chain of thought prompting

Analytics & BI

• Design and develop enterprise-scale Power BI and MicroStrategy solutions.
• Build executive dashboards and advanced reporting capabilities, including generating insights, identifying trends, preparing executive summaries, creating single-page summaries, and developing multi-page presentations using data from the dashboard.
• Develop scalable data models to support strategic decision-making.
• Deliver complex paginated reports for business stakeholders.

Automation & Copilot

• Design and implement Microsoft Copilot use cases.
• Develop prompt frameworks to improve productivity and business outcomes.
• Automate business workflows using Power Automate.

AI Engineering

• Design and deploy AI Agents.
• Integrate LLMs through enterprise APIs.
• Build AI-powered solutions using Python.
• Develop agentic workflows and intelligent business automation.
• Perform prompt tuning.

Innovation & R&D

• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies.
