Key Responsibilities

1. BI Architecture & Solution Design

Design, develop, and implement end-to-end BI solutions across Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense, and ThoughtSpot.
Build scalable data models, semantic layers, and optimized reporting structures.
Define BI best practices, standards, and architecture frameworks.
Lead BI modernization initiatives and cloud analytics migrations.

2. Dashboard & Visualization Development

Create interactive, intuitive dashboards and analytics experiences across multiple BI tools.
Leverage advanced visual analytics, DAX, LOD expressions, Qlik scripting, and ThoughtSpot modeling.
Ensure performance optimization and superior end-user experience.

3. BI Administration & Governance

Perform administration tasks including user/security management, workspace/server governance, and deployment pipelines.
Monitor BI platform performance, capacity planning, and version upgrades.
Implement governance frameworks, standards, and audit controls across BI tools.

4. Pre-Sales, Customer Engagement & RFP Support

Lead BI responses for RFPs, RFIs, PoVs, and PoCs for global customers.
Collaborate with sales, solutioning, and delivery teams to craft winning proposals.
Present BI capabilities, solution architectures, and demonstration dashboards to clients.
Drive customer workshops, technical deep dives, and requirement discovery sessions.

5. GenAI-Driven BI Accelerators

Design and develop BI accelerators leveraging GenAI for automated insights, narrative intelligence, data quality checks, and smart dashboard generation.
Work with LLMs and AI APIs to embed intelligent analytics features within BI solutions.

6. Leadership & Collaboration

Provide technical leadership to BI developers, analysts, and data engineering teams.
Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of innovation and excellence.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including data engineering, cloud, and AI teams.

Required Skills & Experience

1218+ years of experience in Business Intelligence & Analytics.
Strong expertise in Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense, and ThoughtSpot (at least 3 tools at expert level).
Proven experience in responding to RFPs, RFIs, PoVs, and PoCs.
Hands-on knowledge of BI platform administration across the tools.
Strong understanding of SQL, data warehousing, ETL, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
Experience in building GenAI-driven BI accelerators or AI-augmented analytics solutions.
Must hold minimum 2 BI certifications (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist/Certified Professional, Power BI Data Analyst, Qlik Sense Business Analyst, ThoughtSpot Architect certification).
Excellent communication, customer-facing skills, and ability to lead technical discussions.
