Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled BI Analyst with strong expertise in Tableau, SQL, and Python. The ideal candidate should be an expert in Tableau dashboard development, capable of handling complex data visualization requirements, writing optimized SQL queries, and developing Python scripts for data analysis and automation.
The candidate should have strong analytical capabilities and experience working with large datasets to generate business insights and reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and reports
- Create interactive visualizations and KPI-driven reporting solutions
- Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
- Develop Python scripts for data processing, automation, and analytics
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical reporting solutions
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand reporting and analytics needs
- Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and scalability
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks
- Support business users with actionable insights and data-driven recommendations
Required Skills
- Expert-level experience in Tableau development and dashboarding
- Strong hands-on experience in SQL
- Good experience in Python scripting and data analysis
- Experience working with large datasets and data visualization best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of data warehousing and BI concepts
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ETL/Data Engineering concepts
- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP is an added advantage
- Experience in stakeholder management and business reporting
