Role Description
DWS's data infrastructure team provides the secure, scalable and trustworthy foundation for storing, processing and distributing critical enterprise data. As BI & Reporting Platform Lead you will be responsible for managing our central platforms such as Qlik, Tableau and Cognos. You will be a key contributor to the technology product vision and roadmap and work in close collaboration with the Head of Technology as well as business stakeholders from across the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage the product roadmap of central BI & Reporting tools
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
- Design and architect internal BI Platforms (Qlik, Tableau & Cognos)
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
- Optimize BI applications for performance and usability as per standards
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all BI solutions
- Conduct IT validation & UAT of BI applications before delivery
- Provide on-going support and troubleshooting for reported issues
- Ensure that development follows BI best practices, including data modelling, data governance, data security, and performance optimization
- Keep projects on track, providing solutions & ensuring delivery goals are met
Your Skills And Experience
- 1520 years of experience delivering enterprise reporting and analytics solutions in complex environments, including 10+ years in BI & Analytics
- Expert proficiency in Qlik, Tableau, and Cognos; experience with Business Objects, Power BI, and Qlik NPrinting is a plus
- Proven track record in senior stakeholder engagement, vendor and escalation management, and organizational change
- Handson experience designing and operating highly available BI production platforms (Qlik, Tableau)
- Strong technical foundation, including advanced SQL, performance tuning, and experience with modern data platforms and data interaction frameworks (e.g. Snowflake; Streamlit a plus)
- Deep understanding of KPIs and reporting in the Asset Management domain
- Master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Demonstrated people leadership capability, with strong analytical skills, strategic mindset, and attention to detail
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
