Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute the enterprise BI & Analytics roadmap aligned with business objectives.

Design and deliver scalable analytics solutions using Power BI, SSAS Tabular, AWS, Amazon Redshift, and Databricks.

Drive KPI standardization, data governance, reporting frameworks, and analytics best practices.

Enable advanced analytics, AI/ML, and Generative AI capabilities to support business decision-making.

Lead and mentor BI developers and analysts while managing end-to-end analytics solution delivery.

Collaborate with business, IT, and data engineering teams to translate requirements into impactful analytics solutions.

Required Skills:

10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Engineering.

Strong expertise in Power BI, SSAS Tabular, AWS, Amazon Redshift, and Databricks.

Experience with Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and Data Governance.

Exposure to Advanced Analytics, AI/ML, and Generative AI solutions.

Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
