What You'll Do

BCG's Business Intelligence and Analytics (BI&A) Services Hub is a centralized global reporting and analytics capability. BI&A greatly enhances how our management consumes and uses information to deliver better business outcomes. This team is an integral part of BCG's Global Enterprise Services providing insights & analysis supported by meaningful and accurate information to help guide and influence the decision-making process.

As a BI&A Analyst, you will partner closely with the Meeting & Events (M&E) team to understand how the function operates-its processes, tools, data landscape, and reporting needs. You will translate business requirements into actionable insights through data analysis and advanced reporting solutions.

You will lead the development and delivery of M&E reporting and analytics projects, including building dashboards and digital solutions using tools such as Power BI and PowerApps. You will enhance the reporting environment to ensure accurate, timely, and impactful insights.

Additionally, you will identify opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and efficiency by leveraging advanced analytics and digital reporting capabilities. The role supports analytics transformation initiatives by driving automation, standardization, and next-generation solutions that simplify the end-user experience while increasing insight generation.

This position requires strong analytical expertise, confidence in stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive new ways of thinking to elevate analytics capabilities and support functional initiatives.



What You'll Bring

. Bachelor / Master's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Information Systems, or equivalent

. 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in data analysis and visualization

. Very strong problem solving & analytical skills and experience as Business Analyst

. Excellent communication skills written and oral. Flexible to work across time zones.

. Proven ability to work effectively in a global environment with people at all levels, preferably in a professional service organization.



Who You'll Work With

As a member of the Business Intelligence Team, you will interact extensively with a diverse range of stakeholders from across the business, both geographically and functionally. This includes, but is not limited to Local, Regional, Global, and Practice Area analysis teams, as well as, the overall Global services organization.

Functional Skills

. Good understanding of M&E data, concepts, KPIs, metrics and reporting & analysis

. Strong expertise in data analysis, transformation, integration, and visualization across diverse data sources

. Proven experience in reporting standardization, automation, and process optimization

. Effective stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills

. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

. Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate (preferred)

Problem solving and analytical tasks.

. Ability to structure hypothesis, build thoughtful analyses, develop underlying data models and bring clarity to previously undefined problems.

. Desire and flexibility to work through details with keen attention to accuracy and timeliness.

. Comfortable working with ambiguity, complex and in an iterative environment


Communication, interpersonal and teaming skills

. Strong communication skills, ability to converse with stakeholders from different time zones

. Contribute to cross functional projects and initiatives on process improvement & efficiency,

. Ability to independently navigate changing situations and audiences with tact, poise and patience
