Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated BHMS Doctor (3+ years) to join our medical team across multiple locations. The doctor will be responsible for patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and providing holistic homeopathic care while ensuring high standards of clinical practice and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Responsibilities
Conduct detailed case-taking, physical examination, and patient history evaluation.
Diagnose medical conditions and prescribe appropriate homeopathic treatments.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Maintain accurate and updated patient records in EMR/clinic systems.
Provide lifestyle guidance, preventive health advice, and holistic counselling.
Manage OPD consultations and follow-up appointments (in-person and teleconsultation if required).
Patient Care & Communication
Build strong rapport with patients and address queries with empathy and clarity.
Ensure high-quality patient experience through effective communication.
Track recovery and maintain consistent follow-ups.
Administrative & Support Tasks
Adhere to clinic protocols, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
Participate in case discussions, training sessions, and clinical meetings.
Support medical documentation, prescription preparation, and reporting.
Coordinate with internal medical & administrative staff for smooth operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
BHMS degree from a recognized institution.
Minimum 3 years of clinical/homeopathic practice experience.
Valid registration with the State Homeopathic Council.
Strong diagnostic skills and in-depth understanding of homeopathic treatments.
Excellent communication and patient-handling skills.
Basic proficiency with computers and clinic management software.
Preferred Skills
Experience in OPD/clinic operations.
Ability to manage a high volume of patients efficiently.
Strong empathetic, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of classical or modern homeopathic approaches.
