Job Summary
The Manager Control is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of control systems for transformers. The role involves ensuring compliance with industry standards, enhancing efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in control technologies. The incumbent will work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless integration of control systems in transformer manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities & Key Result Areas
- Control System Design & Development: Lead the development, testing, and implementation of control systems for transformers.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for improving control processes to enhance efficiency, reliability, and safety.
- Compliance & Standardization: Ensure all control systems comply with industry regulations and company quality standards.
- Technology Integration: Implement automation and digital control solutions to enhance transformer performance.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Provide technical expertise in diagnosing and resolving control-related issues.
- Collaboration with Engineering Teams: Work closely with design and production teams to integrate control solutions seamlessly.
- Supplier & Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors and suppliers for control system components and ensure quality assurance.
- Training & Knowledge Sharing: Conduct training sessions for engineering and production teams on control system best practices.
- Project Management: Oversee control-related projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
- Innovation & R&D: Stay updated with the latest advancements in control technologies and drive innovation initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in control systems within the transformer manufacturing or power industry.
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming, SCADA systems, and automation tools.
- Knowledge of industry-specific control strategies and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in managing control system projects from design to execution.
