Bharat Banking: Zonal Portfolio Manager- Microfinance

About the Role
Regional Portfolio Manager- Will be responsible for
o Manpower planning, recruitment and training
o Driving PNPA resolutions and achieving targets month on month
o Driving NPA recoveries and upgrades
o Monitoring and leading the team in the field.
o Ensuring compliance as per internal, statutory and RBI directions.

Key Responsibilities
o Planning and Driving PNPA resolutions through collections and business team.
o Planning NPA recovery and Upgrades plan and ensuring the same is executed and targets are achieved month on month throughout the year.
o Driving the collections from PTPs generated through field and telecalling, and keeping the track of the same.
o Visiting the critical locations, customers at frequent intervals.
o Recruiting, training, guiding and monitoring the team on allocated activities.
o Handling customer complaints and providing solution in time-bound manner.
o Analyzing and evaluating methods used by competition & recommending the new initiatives.
o Arranging collections camps, Lok Adalats, conciliation camps and initiating new method to achieve collection targets.
o Liasoning and coordination with different departments and stakeholders.
o Portfolio quality management and ensuring NCL remains within the annual limit.
Qualifications

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
. Graduate / Post Graduate
. Experience of 10+ Years and Microfinance Industry
. Have fair idea of Microfinance business.
. Team Handling experience.
Role Proficiencies:
