The increasing income diversification, evolution of the tech stack, various government schemes to improve livelihoods, and integrating the country via roads and the internet have provided strong tailwinds to the rural and semi urban (RUSU) or Bharat markets. To better capitalize on the growth runway and open the world of possibilities for the Bharat customer, the bank has set up a separate Bharat Bank vertical. It is an amalgamation of products and geography, handling certain core products across the country and all the products in the RUSU branches. The objective is to accelerate the growth journey by expanding distribution reach via branches, partnerships, and digital presence, creating tailored products and processes, and using the One Axis strategy to harness synergies in all parts of the Bank to deliver to the Bharat customer. The Bank also continues to focus on growing the book profitably by enhancing productivity, improving operational efficiency to reduce cost, and containing risk by leveraging technology such as AI and ML & rigorous portfolio monitoring. | |||||

You will be part of Centre of Excellence team under Bharat Banking Vertical. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change quickly, dealing with multiple stakeholders, tackling unfamiliar tasks and requests with resourcefulness and minimal guidance | |||||
| Key Responsibilities | |||||
Delivering informative, well organized Dashboard presentation on MIS reports Promptly Deliver a different type of Ad hoc requirements from Senior management. Monitor and furnish the frequent reports (eg, Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly, etc) Ability to handle Multiple-Channel reports & Cross sell (Bharat Banking) Based on the Seniors requirement ability to Analyze & provide data cuts. KRA Scorecard Automation, tracking achievements vs budget to help drive business efficiently Preparation of Yearly KRA & PMS achievement Dashboard. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for inputs to aid in strategic decision making Execution of competitions and the key trends impacting the industry and publish a report at an agreed frequency Developing Report modules to enable frontline sales teams to originate Multi product. Automation of MIS to ensure that data is readily available to all stakeholders with all necessary information | |||||

Optimal qualification for success on the job is: MBA / Postgraduate from a reputed institute 4 + years of exposure on Asset products of banking | |||||

For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following: Skills Strong data mining experience and ability to Create required Data output/Dashboard Strong hand on Experience on MS-Office Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex things into meaningful actionable Ability to interact with the senior stakeholders and assert a point of view effectively Understanding of the value drivers of the business Basic financial and accounting knowledge Abilities Self-motivated with a passion for taking ownership of your work and delivering outcomes with minimal guidance Dealing with the ambiguity and a problem-solving attitude Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholder and tasks/projects simultaneously Proactive, thoughtful, & highly organized able to work under tight deadlines while maintaining impeccable attention to detail.
