About Bharat Banking:

Bharat Banking is a new Department which has been set up to drive different business that the Bank does in Semi Urban and Rural markets. The department is expected to drive business outcomes by focusing on partnerships, new products, innovation, reimagining customer journeys and driving / creating new channel.

About the Role:

The role would be involved in scaling up the dealer finance and supply chain finance in the Bharat geographies by developing new schemes, products, partnerships and launch new platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the Supply Chain Finance Business in Bharat Banking by Onboarding of new tie ups , Manage and deepen existing tie ups and Activation of Sales Team
• Work closely with Wholesale Banking Product Team , Coverage Team and Bharat Enterprise Sales team to ensure SCF targets are met
• Manage relationship with relevant Corporates and closely engage with their teams. Ensure the corporates are providing regular leads and their issues are being resolved within TAT
• Onboard new Supply Chain Platforms
• Product and Process Management - Prepare Scheme notes, Draft policies and processes etc. and engage with risk, credit, legal, compliance for approvals of the same.
• Portfolio management - Monitor portfolio and take proactive corrective actions to ensure healthy SCF portfolio

Qualifications:

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

• MBA / PGP in Management from r reputed institute
• Experience: 15 to 18 years of experience in Banking with specialization in handling products, process of supply chain finance / corporate loans.

Role Proficiencies:

For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:

• Strong knowledge of Product and Process development for loans and Supply chain finance
• Working knowledge of credit assessment
• Acumen for Digitalization of existing processes creating efficiency
• Knowledge of supply chain ecosystem
• Strong communication (both verbal and written) and inter-personal skills
• Partner Management and negotiations
• Problem solving and cross functional team engagement
• Ability to work effectively across functions and demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others
• Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
