About Bharat Banking
The increasing income diversification, evolution of the tech stack, various government schemes to improve livelihoods, and integrating the country via roads and the internet have provided strong tailwinds to the rural and semi urban (RUSU) or Bharat markets.

To better capitalize on the growth runway and open the world of possibilities for the Bharat customer, the bank has set up a separate Bharat Bank vertical. It is an amalgamation of products and geography, handling certain core products across the country and all the products in the RUSU branches.

The objective is to accelerate the growth journey by expanding distribution reach via branches, partnerships, and digital presence, creating tailored products and processes, and using the One Axis strategy to harness synergies in all parts of the Bank to deliver to the Bharat customer.

The Bank also continues to focus on growing the book profitably by enhancing productivity, improving operational efficiency to reduce cost, and containing risk by leveraging technology such as AI and ML & rigorous portfolio monitoring.

About the Role
.You will be part of Managed Portfolio - Securitisation and Direct Assignment under Bharat Banking Vertical.
.You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change quickly, dealing with multiple stakeholders, tackling unfamiliar tasks and requests with resourcefulness and minimal guidance.
.Managing the DA PTC business and operations which are focused for Retail assets and Bhart banking products respectively.
Key Responsibilities
.Sourcing and managing DA PTC business. Engaging with the NBFC's, understating their portfolio and process, and evaluating the pools as per Axis Bank requirement.
.Liaising with the banks policy, credit, operations, legal and treasury for originator selection, pool selection, legal documentation, disbursement, and collections and relevant stakeholders
.Audit checks - Ensuring internal reviews are done for all process and controls for being audit ready.
.Management of day-to-day operations flow with the originator
.Interface with the internal and external stakeholders for opportunity identification and plan implementation

Qualifications
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
.MBA / Post Graduate/ CA from a reputed institute
.3-7 years of exposure on Asset products of banking and or any underwriting experience

.Skills
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex things into meaningful actionable
Ability to interact with the senior stakeholders and assert a point of view effectively
Understanding of the value drivers of the business
Basic financial and accounting knowledge
Prior experience in Portfolio and Process management
Fintech and data mining experience will be an added plus

Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholder and tasks/projects simultaneously
