The increasing income diversification, evolution of the tech stack, various government schemes to improve livelihoods, and integrating the country via roads and the internet have provided strong tailwinds to the rural and semi urban (RUSU) or Bharat markets. To better capitalize on the growth runway and open the world of possibilities for the Bharat customer, the bank has set up a separate Bharat Bank vertical. It is an amalgamation of products and geography, handling certain core products across the country and all the products in the RUSU branches. The objective is to accelerate the growth journey by expanding distribution reach via branches, partnerships, and digital presence, creating tailored products and processes, and using the One Axis strategy to harness synergies in all parts of the Bank to deliver to the Bharat customer. The Bank also continues to focus on growing the book profitably by enhancing productivity, improving operational efficiency to reduce cost, and containing risk by leveraging technology such as AI and ML & rigorous portfolio monitoring. | |||||
| About the Role | |||||
You will be part of Distribution team under Bharat Banking Vertical. You will be responsible for managing RO Channel for all the products under Bharat Banking and drive Bharat Bank branches key strategic objectives | |||||
| Key Responsibilities | |||||
RO Performance Management : Incentive Structure roll out, RO Productivity/performance Dashboards, Data Maintenance, Salary Increments / Correction/ Career Progression, Co-ordination with PSSG team for all manpower related issues RO Training & Certification: Preparation of training modules, Training of New joiners as per defined Frequency, Training of Old RO as per defined frequency. Handling NPL end to end and ensuring improvement in Quess productivity. Publishing NPL Dashboards/MIS as per Business requirement. Handling all Audit & Compliance related activities of Connector and Quess. Managing Training Modules/ E learning Series/ Process or CMC /COC Approvals Engage with product teams for designing campaigns & providing the required enablers to the sales team to keep them going. Ensure that all the sales resources are well sensitized on the ongoing Campaign & are updated on their positions through timely roll-out of MIS. Meet productivity parameters assigned to DGRO Channel Achievement of Business targets pertaining to DGRO Chanel | |||||
| Qualifications | |||||
Optimal qualification for success on the job is: MBA / Postgraduate 4+ years of experience in Banks, NBFC's preferably from Retail banking cross sell background or Channel sales | |||||

Skills Advanced Excel and presentation building skills with experience in creating data models and clear, concise presentation materials. Good communication (both verbal & written) and inter-personal skills. Strong Excel and database manipulation skills, financial and statistical analysis skills Abilities Self-motivated with a passion for taking ownership of your work and delivering outcomes Proactive, thoughtful, & highly organized able to work under tight deadlines while maintaining impeccable attention to detail.
