Bharat Banking:Partnership & Program Management

About the Role

Staff would be involved in building robust Partnership with BCs, manage BCBO operations and focus on Bharat

Centric products & scale business with partners by delivering customized banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1.Identify, assess, and execute partnerships with Business Correspondent, Corporates and Agritechs etc and

embed Axis Bank's products in the partner's journey

2. Drive all stages of partnership including opportunity identification, origination, onboarding, integration, scale

up by bringing stakeholders together

3. Manage program to scale Assets, Liabilities and Fee Income business with BC AND BCBO partners.

4. Closely work with FI, Distribution and Projects team for onboarding and business scaleup

5. Collaborate with various Product teams, -Asset, Liabilities, FI etc. to deliver customized products to partners,

ensuring right product market fit

6. Closely work along with Coverage team to engage with partnership opportunities of their customer

6. Monitor portfolio quality and ensure adherence to banks guidelines and regulatory norms

Qualifications

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

. MBA / PGP in Management / Agri Business Management from reputed institute

. Experience: 8 To 12 years of experience in Banking/NBFC/Fintech. Experience in Managing BCS, BCBO

and Corporate partnership in products like CASA, Retail Assets, farmer finance tractor, loans.

Role Proficiencies:

For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following: . Knowledge Working knowledge of product and process for payment products / assets / liabilities Knowledge of regulatory guidelines pertaining to BC, Alliances, Outsourcing etc Acumen for streamlining existing processes and creating efficiency Knowledge of digital/fintech ecosystems . Skills Strong communication (both verbal & written) and inter-personal skills Partner Management and negotiations High Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point . Abilities Problem solving and cross functional team engagement Ability to work effectively across functions Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
