About the Role
Regional Portfolio Manager- Will be responsible for
oMonthly Allocation
oSMS blast to delinquent pool
oDigital initiatives in collections
oDesigning tele-calling strategies
oTelecalling PTP communication and tracking

Key Responsibilities
Job Description:
.Manage the Vendor Performance of MFI related activities
.Meets the internal and external SLA's
.Responsible for T+2 and T+5 SMS blast on MFI delinquent pool
.Responsible for Digital activities of MFI delinquent pool
.Responsible for allocation related activities for MFI product
.Manages the shrinkage and attrition for the teams
.Designs and executes Dialer strategies
.Able to design the KPI/KRA in line with the business.
.Maintain a working knowledge of all current Process guidelines
.Identify improvement opportunities related to the team programs and processes
.Confirm compliance to all guidelines
.Train and lead a team of CSA & TL's
.Manage the daily operations associated with the process
.Develop performance metrics for each position within area of responsibility and lead staff toward exceeding stated business objectives
.Utilize decision and reporting tools to minimize variability, improve quality and maximize profitability of the business
.Interact effectively with senior management, other departments, and customers
Qualifications

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
.Graduate / Post Graduate
.Experience of 3+ Years and Microfinance Industry
.Have fair idea of Microfinance business.
.Team Handling experience.
.2 - 3 years of Call Centre/Field Collection Experience
.Proficient in MS Excel and MS office application

Role Proficiencies:
