We are seeking a BGV Subject Matter Expert with strong vendor-side operations experience.
Key must-haves:
- 2-4 years in BGV operations/quality/compliance at BGV vendors (not just corporate HR).
- Hands-on with end-to-end verification workflows: education, employment, address, criminal court records, ID checks, reference checks.
- Proven SLA governance & escalation handling with enterprise clients.
- Exposure to compliance & data privacy (DPDP Act/India, GDPR exposure a plus).
- Operations: queue management, QC frameworks, SOP creation.
- Tooling: experience with BGV platforms (internal vendor tools, ticketing, case mgmt.); comfort with Excel/reporting.
Good to have:
- Multi-country verification exposure (US/EU/APAC).
- Built/optimized playbooks, risk scoring, or exception handling.
- Worked with integration models (ATS/HRIS data flows) and vendor API/portal ops
