Responsibilities
- Manage BGV cases from initiation through closure.
- Support clients and candidates through phone, email and the MPloyChek platform.
- Coordinate employment, education and other verification checks.
- Track turnaround times, resolve escalations and maintain accurate case notes.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of BGV operations or BGV customer-support experience.
- Clear communication, strong follow-through and comfort using SaaS tools.
- Working knowledge of verification processes, documents and TAT management.
Compensation: As per industry standards and commensurate with experience and skills.
