Roles & Responsibilities :
We are seeking an experienced and certified SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 6-10 years of expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly Learning Management System (LMS), Recruitment and Candidate Management (RCM & RMK), Workforce Analytics (WFA), Employee Central Time Tracking, and Succession Management (SP) & Career Development Planning and Mentoring (CDP), People Analytics: Reporting (PA) & Work Zone (WZ), EC,PMGM.

Experience:6-10 years of experience in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a focus on Learning Management System (LMS), Recruitment and Candidate Management (RCM & RMK), Workforce Analytics (WFA), Employee Central Time Tracking, and Succession Management (SP) & Career Development Planning and Mentoring (CDP), People Analytics: Reporting & Work Zone.

  • Certification:SAP SuccessFactors certification in at least 4 of the relevant modules (LMS, RCM, Workforce Analytics, EC, PMGM ) is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and Configuration:Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors modules Learning Management System (LMS), Recruitment and Candidate Management (RCM & RMK), Workforce Analytics (WFA), Employee Central, PMGM, and Succession Management (SP) & Career Development Planning and Mentoring (CDP), People Analytics: Reporting & Work Zone to meet business requirements.

  • Requirement Gathering:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to talent management, performance management, compensation, workforce planning, and succession planning.

  • System Design:Design and develop customized solutions within SAP SuccessFactors to optimize processes and enhance user experience.

  • Integration:Ensure collaboration with technical team to set up seamless integration of SAP SuccessFactors modules with other HR systems and applications.

  • Data Migration:Plan and execute data migration activities from legacy systems to SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

  • Training and Support:Provide end-user training and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of SAP SuccessFactors.

  • Troubleshooting:Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to SAP SuccessFactors modules.

  • Upgrades and Enhancements:Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases and recommend upgrades or enhancements to improve system functionality.

  • Documentation:Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides.
