Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Hire across Sales, Research, Trading, Compliance, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Support functions.
Domain-Focused Talent Sourcing:
- Source candidates with hands-on equity broking and capital markets experience.
- Target front-office, trading, market operations, and research professionals.
Business Partnering & Workforce Planning:
- Collaborate with Business Heads and Department Managers to understand hiring needs.
- Support succession planning and workforce strategy discussions.
Employer Branding & Talent Engagement:
- Strengthen employer brand within the capital markets ecosystem.
- Participate in campus drives and industry hiring events.
- Ensure strong candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.
Assessment & Selection:
- Design and implement competency-based assessments tailored to broking roles.
- Evaluate candidates domain knowledge, regulatory awareness, and risk understanding.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure hiring processes comply with SEBI and exchange regulations.
- Maintain proper recruitment documentation and records.
- Conduct background verification and reference checks.
Offer Management & Onboarding:
- Prepare and negotiate offer letters in line with company policies.
- Coordinate onboarding activities with internal stakeholders such as IT and Admin.
Recruitment Analytics & Reporting:
- Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and source effectiveness.
- Present data-driven insights to leadership.
