Initiate the car loan application process by collecting and logging in all required documents from customers.
Documentation Handling (Pre & Post Disbursement):
Ensure accurate and complete collection of pre-disbursement documents (e.g., KYC, income proof, invoice) and post-disbursement documents (e.g., RC copy, insurance, ECS mandate, agreement execution).
Coordination with Credit Team:
Liaise and negotiate with the credit department on behalf of customers to resolve queries, clarify eligibility, and facilitate faster approval and deal closure.
Post-Disbursement Follow-up:
Track and collect pending documents after loan disbursal, ensure timely submission to operations, and maintain compliance with internal policies.
