Are you ready to build the next big Gen Z beverage brand from the ground up
We're an ambitious new startup launching next month, and we're on the hunt for a Beverage Sales Manager to lead the charge. Our product is bold, refreshing, and built for Gen Z and we're targeting q-commerce platforms, college canteens, and corporate retail outlets as our core channels.
What You'll Do:
- Lead go-to-market sales strategy for Delhi NCR across q-commerce, college canteens (HORECA), and workplace retail setups.
- Leverage your network to get immediate traction on q-commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.).
- Activate and manage existing distributor relationships in Delhi, especially those with experience in beverages or impulse categories.
- Open doors to college and institutional canteens to secure placements and brand visibility early on.
- Build and scale sustainable distribution and visibility plans alongside marketing and ops teams.
- Track performance metrics and fine-tune plans for growth and reach.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for retail and HoReCa channels.
- Identify and acquire new clients, including supermarkets, convenience stores, bars, cafes, hotels, and restaurants.
We're Looking For:
- 4+ years experience in sales with a focus on beverages or FMCG, ideally during launch or scale-up phase.
- Strong existing relationships in q-commerce platforms and a solid distributor network in Delhi this is a must.
- Proven ability to activate and grow HORECA channels, especially college and institutional canteens.
- Strategic and street-smart you know how to get product in front of the right audiences.
- Comfortable working in a high-speed, early-stage startup environment.
