Job Description

Responsibilities

Project Execution & Management

Lead site execution of BESS project as per approved timelines and budget.
Coordinate civil, electrical, mechanical, and commissioning activities. Ensure alignment with project milestones and deliverables.
Manage day-to-day site operations including workforce, logistics, and machinery.
Monitor progress and resolve site-level issues proactively.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, environmental and other relevant standards.

Stakeholder Coordination

Build and lead a multidisciplinary team including engineers, supervisors, and support staff.
Liaise with contractors, consultants, internal departments as well as relevant external stakeholders
Support for inspections, audits, and statutory approvals.
Represent site in project review meetings and provide status updates.

Documentation & Reporting

Risk Identification & Mitigation

Proactively identify potential risks related to site execution, safety, logistics, and environmental factors.
Develop and implement precautionary measures to mitigate identified risks.
Conduct regular risk assessments and update contingency plans accordingly.
Alert senior management and relevant stakeholders about emerging risks or deviations from project plan/schedule.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Civil Engineering.
15+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.
Proven experience in managing site execution of renewable energy or BESS projects.
Understanding of battery technologies, grid integration, and safety protocols.
