Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Bengali Language Expert to contribute to LLM training, evaluation, and linguistic data workflows. The role requires excellent Bengali language proficiency and strong analytical skills for evaluating AI-generated content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, annotate, and evaluate Bengali-language datasets for LLM training.
• Assess AI responses for grammar, fluency, accuracy, relevance, and naturalness.
• Perform Bengali ↔ English translation and localization.
• Evaluate prompts and conversations for instruction-following and linguistic quality.
• Identify cultural, contextual, factual, and linguistic errors in AI outputs.

Key Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in Bengali language, linguistics, translation, content, or AI-data work.
• Native or near-native Bengali proficiency.
• Strong English ↔ Bengali translation skills.
• Experience with annotation, content evaluation, localization, or AI/LLM training workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Bengali grammar, vocabulary, dialects, and cultural context.
