Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Life/Group Benefit Insurance or Healthcare Claims Processor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, processing, and adjudicating Insurance/ healthcare claims accurately and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound voice interactions with healthcare providers and other stakeholders.
Process benefit administration and claim support activities.
Review claim documentation and determine appropriate next steps.
Conduct provider outreach to obtain required information.
Manage follow-up activities and resolve outstanding requests.
Ensure compliance with quality, productivity, and service-level standards.
Identify and resolve processing exceptions.
Maintain accurate and complete documentation.
Support multiple product lines and workflows.
Escalate complex issues when required.
(L2) Support training, coaching, knowledge sharing, and recommend process improvements.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline (excluding Btech).

Preferred Experience

Experience in Disability, Leave Administration, Insurance, Claims Processing, Healthcare Operations, or Contact Center.
Experience in provider outreach and benefits support activities.
Exposure to quality and productivity performance metrics.

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Shift: Rational Night Shift
