Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.

Required years of experience -

6+ years of relevant experience in learning operations, learning deployment, HR operations, programme coordination, LMS administration or a related operational support role.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:

Supports the administration and operational delivery of global benefits and equity programs, including stock plan transactions, time-off programs, and employee benefit processes. Responsible for ensuringaccuratedata management, compliance, reporting, and seamless coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors while supporting employee lifecycle events,maintainingoperational controls, and delivering a high-qualitycolleagueexperience across multiple countries.

This position reports through the People Operations team with a strong partnership with the Benefits Center of Excellence.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The colleague is responsible for:

  • Operations & Governance
  • Administer U.S. and Canada time-off programs, including manual Workday accrual adjustments and service date reviews for rehires.
  • Create and maintain annual global holiday schedules and support Global Wellbeing Day planning.
  • Administer stock plan operations, including stock option exercises, RSU vesting, ShareSave issuances, ESPP activities, and deferred cash/dividend distributions.
  • Process stock transactions, including country-specific requirements and vendor platform submissions.
  • Support vesting, termination, grant award, and equity lifecycle activities.
  • Manage documentation workflows, including DocuSign, mailings, and signed award agreement retention.

Process Efficiency & Continuous Improvement

  • Perform Workday release testing for time-off and leave programs.
  • Adjust and enhance reports to support performance tracking, vesting schedules, participant changes, and business requirements.
  • Support end-to-end grant processes through data preparation, validation, and operational improvements.
  • Streamline communication and distribution processes through management of global contact lists and automated reporting.

Compliance & Data Integrity

  • Maintain accurate employee, participant, and award data across multiple systems.
  • Extract, validate, reconcile, and analyze data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct quarterly validation of termination data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support compliance reviews and maintain audit-ready documentation and tracking records.
  • Produce recurring and ad hoc reports, including LTI reports, grant pricing updates, term estimates, and equity activity reporting.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of outstanding awards, vesting events, and participant records.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with Payroll, HR, Legal, Finance, external vendors, and expatriate service providers to support benefits and equity programs.
  • Generate and distribute employee and country-specific communications related to grants, vesting, terminations, and stock transactions.
  • Provide reporting and operational support to business stakeholders and regional teams.
  • Manage global distribution lists and coordinate communications to ensure timely and accurate employee outreach.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 2-4 years of experience in Benefits, HR Operations, Total Rewards, Equity Administration, or a related function.
  • Experience supporting benefits and/or global equity programs, including employee lifecycle events, vendor coordination, and operational administration.
  • Proficiency with Workday or similar HRIS systems, reporting tools, and data management processes.
  • Experience performing data analysis, reconciliations, compliance activities, testing/UAT, and maintaining accuracy across multiple systems.
  • Strong project coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to support global programs and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience partnering with Payroll, HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
