Job Summary:
Benefits Administrators are generally responsible for managing of group benefits programs such as health, disability, life insurance, retirement and other plans in India, supporting building operational processes related to the benefit programs in India and other APJ locations and providing employee support in cases of escalations.

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related discipline Qualifications:
• Experience managing, directing and planning of group benefits programs
• Knowledge of relevant regulations
• SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) or CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist) certification.
