Job Description
Designation: Bending Setter/ Operator
Location: Coimbatore ( Annur )
Bending Operator cum Setter – Job Description
Machine Setup & Setting – Set and prepare CNC/press bending machines, including tooling, dies, and machine parameters as per drawing and job requirements.
Machine Operation – Operate bending machines efficiently and produce components as per required dimensions, specifications, and production targets.
Drawing & Measurement – Read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments such as vernier caliper, measuring tape, and angle gauge to ensure dimensional accuracy.
Quality & Troubleshooting – Check the quality of finished components, identify bending defects, and make necessary machine/program/tool adjustments.
Safety & Production – Follow safety procedures, maintain 5S and housekeeping, and ensure smooth production with minimum material wastage and machine downtime.
