Bench Sales recuriter (US IT Staffing)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with 7+ years of proven experience in marketing and placing IT consultants on C2C, W2, and 1099 opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong relationships with implementation partners, system integrators, and direct clients, along with expertise in sourcing requirements, rate negotiation, consultant marketing, and end-to-end placement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market bench consultants to vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
• Identify suitable requirements and submit consultants promptly.
• Negotiate rates and coordinate interviews and placements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
• Track submissions, interviews, placements, and consultant availability.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment cycle.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of Bench Sales recruiting experience in the US IT staffing industry.
• Strong network of vendors and implementation partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience working with various visa types and US staffing processes.
• Ability to work independently and meet placement targets.
