Primary Responsibility:

Responsible for the end-to-end marketing and placement of IT consultants (the bench) with Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners, ensuring high utilization rates and optimal profit margins through strategic negotiation and relationship management.

• Market bench consultants to prime vendors and direct clients
• Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, submitting, negotiating, and closing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients
• Manage consultant profiles, submissions, and interview coordination
• Track submissions, placements, and performance metrics
• Ensure clear communication throughout the hiring process
