Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bench Sales Recruiter role based in Ahmedabad. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing and marketing available consultants to existing and new client requirements, with a focus on IT roles. Daily tasks include identifying suitable job openings, proactively reaching out to clients and vendors, submitting consultant profiles, and coordinating interview schedules and feedback. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and vendor partners, as well as negotiating rates and finalizing offers in alignment with company guidelines. The Bench Sales Recruiter will also update internal tracking systems, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate closely with the wider recruiting and account management teams to meet placement targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales Recruitment skills with experience in marketing bench consultants and closing placements.
  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
  • Hands-on experience with Hiring processes, including evaluating candidate fit and managing onboarding coordination.
  • Account Management abilities to build, nurture, and expand relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interaction, consultant engagement, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with IT roles and technologies (e.g., developers, data professionals, cloud, QA, cybersecurity) is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with US staffing or international recruitment environments is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with ATS/CRM tools, job portals, and professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • Strong negotiation, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
