Looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with 35 years of experience in the US IT staffing industry. The candidate will be responsible for marketing bench consultants, handling vendor relationships, and ensuring successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

Market bench consultants to vendors and direct clients.

Submit profiles and follow up for interviews and closures.

Maintain strong vendor relationships.

Negotiate rates and manage end-to-end sales cycle.

Coordinate with consultants for interviews and onboarding.

Required Skills:

35 years of Bench Sales experience in US IT staffing.

Strong knowledge of visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC).

Experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, etc.).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
