Location: Bangalore, India (Preferred)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to market and place US-based IT consultants on contract positions across the United States. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with US vendors, MSPs, and implementation partners, handling end-to-end bench sales activities during EST business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) to US clients, vendors, and MSPs
  • Submit resumes to direct clients, prime vendors, and implementation partners
  • Negotiate bill rates, contract terms, and closure conditions
  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and offer confirmations
  • Maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors and MSPs
  • Work on W2 / C2C requirements across multiple US time zones
  • Track submissions, interviews, placements, and feedback
  • Maintain accurate data in ATS / CRM systems
  • Coordinate with recruiters, account managers, and candidates
  • Ensure compliance with US staffing policies and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Bench Sales experience in US IT Staffing
  • Strong understanding of US hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099)
  • Experience working with MSPs, VMS portals, and direct clients
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Proven ability to close placements under pressure
  • Strong knowledge of IT technologies and skill sets
  • Ability to work independently during US night shift (EST)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Candidate based in Bangalore, India
  • Existing network of US vendors / MSP contacts
  • Experience with ATS/CRM tools (Ceipal, JobDiva, Bullhorn, etc.)
  • Consistent placement track record
  • Experience handling multiple consultants simultaneously
