Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of experience in US IT staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing bench consultants, coordinating interviews, negotiating rates, and placing consultants on contract positions with end clients or implementation partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) to US clients, prime vendors, and implementation partners
- Identify and develop new client/vendor relationships through calls, emails, and networking
- Submit consultant profiles to suitable job requirements and follow up for feedback
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between consultants and clients
- Negotiate bill rates, contract terms, and closures with vendors and clients
- Maintain daily submissions, interview, and placement reports
- Update and manage consultant availability, skills, and resumes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and US staffing guidelines
- Work closely with recruiting and account management teams to maximize placements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in US IT staffing
- Strong understanding of US visa types and employment terms
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Basic knowledge of contracts, C2C, W2, and 1099 terms
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with direct clients and Tier-1 vendors
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools
- Good organizational and time management skills
Education
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred)
