Role Description

This is a full-time Remote role for a Bench Sales Recruiter, located in Bhopal with flexibility for partial work from home. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and engaging qualified candidates for various roles, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and building strong client and candidate relationships. The responsibilities include developing strategies to market candidates effectively, negotiating terms, and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective talent. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients will be an integral part of the role to meet hiring demands.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in Sales Recruitment and experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting
• Proficiency in Hiring and strong Account Management skills
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently
• Problem-solving mindset with an aptitude for building and maintaining professional relationships
• Experience working in staffing or consulting services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
