About the Role:
Quantum Integrators is looking for dynamic and result-driven Bench Sales Recruiters to join our team in Pune. This is an individual contributor role, ideal for professionals who are self-starters, can work with minimal guidance, and bring strong experience in U.S. IT Bench Sales Recruitment.
The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for marketing our bench candidates, maintaining client/vendor relationships, and driving successful placements across U.S. clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market bench candidates (H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, and Citizens) to prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Maintain active hotlist and close interaction with candidates on daily basis to build healthy relation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and candidates.
- Negotiate rate terms and ensure quick turnaround in submissions and closures.
- Actively identify opportunities through job boards, networking, LinkedIn, and vendor contacts.
- Track, update, and report on daily marketing activities and candidate progress.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and maintain accurate documentation of submissions and placements.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting performance targets.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4 7 years of proven experience in Bench Sales Recruitment (U.S. IT Staffing).
- Strong knowledge of U.S. recruitment processes, tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099), and visa classifications.
- Demonstrated ability to market bench candidates independently with minimal guidance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with vendors and clients.
- Proficiency in using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.) and networking platforms (LinkedIn).
Qualification: Graduate or Above
